All water lines have been installed and the water stubs for each lot are complete.
Base grade is finished and final grade will be done next. Once final grade is done, paving and curbing start and should complete before Thanksgiving!!!
Next to be done is the site work for lots 5 and 6, the first two lots to be built on.
Our first two units have been ordered and will arrive sometime in January.  Our second order for units is expected to be put in sometime in December which will be for 4 units! Lots happening and more to come in the weeks ahead! Now is a great time to ensure you get the lot you want!

—–Hidden Hills News and Updates As Of  10/04/2024—–

Baxter Boulevard is well underway and we are on track to have our base coat of black top laid before the paving plants close for the season. We are ordering our first few units that will be ready for purchase by year end! The first is a modular home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 2 car attached garage. This home will be on lot 2 or 3 and will be between 1600-1700 square feet. We are also ordering a HUD style home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and will be roughly 1500 square feet.

Spring of 2025 is expected to be very busy as we plan to push through the remaining 14 units of phase 1 as well as starting construction of the dog park, fire pits, social area and game area.

—–Hidden Hills News and Updates As Of  08/09/2024—–

We had our preconstruction meeting with the city on Monday 8/5 and all went well. We are having the same meeting with DEP as soon as DEP schedules it. We still hope to start the phase 1 road (Baxter Boulevard) construction by the end of this month with significant progress by mid October. We already have multiple lot reservations in hand for custom units both Modular and HUD certified style but either way plan to order 1 or 2  units for spec and occupancy this year with the remaining lots in phase 1 being finished for next year.

Interest rates are coming down, so for those who will do financing, your monthly payment will be going down, which is great news. Always feel free to call us with specific questions we can answer for you.

—–Hidden Hills News and Updates As Of 7/26/2024—–

As of today, we are currently waiting for the planning department to schedule what’s called a preconstruction meeting with the road contractor and Biddeford Department Heads to go over details of what the city has for expectations during the phase one road construction. Once this meeting takes place the road contractor will then place the work on its calendar for the next available start date. It’s currently not possible to say what that date will be for the meeting or the start of the road work, but we are estimating we will have a shovel in the ground late August to early September. We do expect to have units ready for occupancy this fall for our clients who have already signed agreements. Thanks for staying updated.
