Amenities at Hidden Hills!

We’re pleased to share renderings of our future amenities, along with a look at the schedule ahead for our 55+ community in Biddeford.

• Fall 2026: We plan to break ground on the recreation area, creating space for outdoor games, relaxation, and gathering with neighbors.
• Spring 2027: Plans call for a fenced dog park and a community garden.
• Late summer 2027: A pickleball court is planned, offering another fun way to stay active and connect with neighbors!

We’re also sharing our vision for a future community building and inground pool, with timing for those amenities still to be determined.

These additions are all about bringing neighbors together and making Hidden Hills an even more welcoming place to call home. We look forward to sharing more updates as work progresses!

Exciting Things Are Happening at Hidden Hills!

Hidden Hills continues to grow, and we are excited to share the latest progress within the community. Work is underway to add new outdoor amenities, including cornhole boards, horseshoe pits, and a fire pit where residents can gather, relax, and enjoy time with their neighbors.

We are also happy to announce that Lot 5 and Lot 8 on Baxter Boulevard have officially sold, leaving only two slab lots available.

Another exciting milestone is taking shape as the first modular home with a full basement is currently being constructed at Hidden Hills. We look forward to sharing more updates as our community continues to grow!
